Welcome to AstroSetu ("we", "us", "our"). AstroSetu provides astrology-based tools, insights, and AI-generated interpretations for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only.
By accessing or using AstroSetu (website, mobile apps, or related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1A. Australian Consumer Law Rights
This section applies to users in Australia. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Consumer Guarantees: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. These include:

Important Note: Astrology services are belief-based and do not guarantee specific outcomes. The ACL guarantees relate to the quality of service delivery, not to the accuracy or outcome of astrological interpretations.

2. Nature of the Service
AstroSetu provides:
- Birth chart (Kundli) generation
- Astrology-based interpretations
- AI-generated explanations
- Reports and insights based on traditional astrological systems
Important: Astrology is a belief-based system, not a science.
All outputs are belief-based, non-deterministic, and indicative only. Interpretations vary by culture, astrologer, and belief system. AstroSetu does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of astrological predictions or interpretations.
Note: Reports may evolve over time as AI models and interpretive frameworks improve.
3. No Professional Advice
AstroSetu does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Legal advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Psychological or mental health advice
You must not rely on AstroSetu for critical life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
4. User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Astrology interpretations vary by belief system
- Results may differ between astrologers, systems, or platforms
- You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the information provided
AstroSetu shall not be liable for decisions made based on the use of the platform.
5. Accounts & Data Accuracy
- You are responsible for providing accurate birth details.
- Incorrect data will result in incorrect outputs.
- AstroSetu is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by user input.
6. Intellectual Property
- The AstroSetu platform, design, software, and branding are owned by AstroSetu.
- Generated reports and outputs are provided for personal use only.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without permission.
7. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)
- Paid features, subscriptions, or reports are clearly described at purchase.
- All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) for Australian users, with other currencies available where applicable.
- Total costs, including any fees, are clearly shown before purchase.
- Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings or app store.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy (see /refund), which does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AstroSetu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We make no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or outcomes
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service
- We are not liable for decisions made based on astrological interpretations or guidance provided through the platform
- We are not liable for outcomes related to marriage, relationships, career, finances, health, legal matters, or any other life areas
Note: This limitation does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law (e.g., Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These terms are violated
- Misuse or abuse of the platform occurs
- Legal or operational reasons require it
You may stop using the service at any time. Cancellation of subscriptions will stop future billing but does not entitle you to refunds for past periods, except where required by law.
10. Dispute Resolution

All Users: These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the laws of the State or Territory where you access our services. All legal matters are governed by Australian law.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
Note: India provides operational support only. All legal matters, including disputes, are governed by Australian law.
